A wonderful collection of stories. A non traditional city, it is an oasis for progressive tolerant minds in a part of the nation that has little of either. A2 as it's known, has always been a center of invention, social change, music, the outrageous and the amazing. The negative reviewers must have been offended by one really gross story. Can't pick and choose your history. My bet is the three or four negative reviews are the same person or they know each other. Pay no attention, you will enjoy this book. Lived a lot of it from the early 60's to today. People who come here soon don't want to leave. A great city. This book does a great job capturing that push the limits spirit that has made this town one of the best places to be in the country. Enjoy
